Glamping Microlodges – a new form of Camping in Ireland
The Microlodges or Glamping tents can accommodate up to four people, and are a very comfortable and safe way to camp.
They each have one double bed and two single beds.
The lodges are supplied with a microwave, kettle,small fridge, television, lights and an outdoor barbeque area.( Disposable barbeques are available in the office to buy!)
If needed a freezer box ,crockery and cutlery can be rented from the office for €10 plus a refundable deposit of €50.00.
So let’s get excited with the children and try glamorous camping for a change.
Believe you me, this beats getting wet under canvas and it has a door that can shut out any breeze.
What to Bring
If you are renting a glamping microlodge, you must supply your own sleeping equipment such as:
Pillows, Sheets, Sleeping Bags or duvets.
Prices
The Microlodges are €55.00 per night to rent on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights and are €65 per night Friday and Saturday nights. ( This excludes Bank Holidays! )
Friday, Saturdays and Bank Holiday Sundays are €75.00 per night. (Please note that there is also a refundable deposit of €50 on your key when you arrive!)
For Families of five we have the Maxilodge!
The Maxilodge has one double bed and three single beds ( Two single beds are of normal size but the third single bed will only suit a child up to the age of 7!)
The Maxilodges are €65.00 per night to rent on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights and are €75 per night on Friday and Saturday nights. ( This excludes Bank Holidays !)
Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sundays are €85.00 per night. (Please note that there is also a refundable deposit of €50 on your key when you arrive!)
